Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program – “Understanding Directors Duty of Care” and “Legal Framework: Board Duties, Responsibilities and Liabilities”. Rotman School of Management / University of Alberta School of Business. This program is a requirement to obtain the professional ICD.D designation for Canadian directors and is recognized both nationally and internationally (2007 – 2009).
